i copied this of a forum to help u
XD you can burst actually very well with Earth, in my opinion tho you wont need water if you are bursting with earth,
Earth only uses Magic
Round 1: Tree Bind
Round 2: Stone Wall (Pet)
Round 3: Terrafication
Round 4: Blockage
and you should have the rest of party Fire to ATK for high dmg! if you all doing average around 10-12k dmg you should get about 15k exp! its how i remember leveling my Earth ALT!
the Fire however may see half that exp only
i think only reason why they like bursting with water is becuase Water can shrink the mob, which gives added dmg delt when attacking! so in short a little more points
Note: You must manual for this to work for a quick jolt in experience.

Earth Burst - Modified
First Round - Blockage/Pet Blocks
Second Round - Shield Defense a Fire's Pet (not water)/Pet Blocks
Third Round - Shield Defense your Pet/Pet Blocks
Fourth Round - Tree Bind/Pet Attacks
Second Monster - Tree Bind/Pet Attacks

Repeat until you get enough WIS for Terrafication (and actually get
the skill) then you can change to regular burst like this:

First Round - Blockage/Pet Blocks
Second Round - Shield Defense your Pet/Pet Blocks
Third Round - Tree Bind/Pet Blocks
Fourth Round - Terrification/Pet Attacks
Second Monster - Terrification/Pet Attacks

Notes
I - I like using Blockage on first round and Terrafication on the final
attack phase as it is easier. Other players may prefer otherwise.

II - On battles with two enemy units, the top most rear enemy is
targeted on a manual burst. This suits beetles. To find your first
enemy, do a dry run to determine which is first and burst on it until
it is gone.

III - It is best to put those skills on the shortcut bar that is on the right
of your WLO screen (namely the F1-F8 section) so it will be easy to
just click on them instead of finding the skill to use.
